Korean rhinoplasty before and after photos
Before and after photos of TIANA rhinoplasty patients. Compare the profile line, tip height and tip width in each pair.

Can you get the nose in your photo?
Bring the photo you like. The surgeon compares it with your anatomy and tells you which parts can be reached naturally. Below is a real case with its reference photo.

Side Profile
Profile changes in detail
A round tip or a flat midface changes how the side profile looks. Here the tip and profile were refined together.

Revision rhinoplasty results
Revision rhinoplasty in Korea needs careful rebuilding. Here the profile was corrected after a previous surgery, without forcing more change.

Nose Only
TIANA only does rhinoplasty
No double eyelids, no facial contouring, no liposuction. TIANA does rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty, nothing else. Every patient the surgeon sees comes in about a nose.
Noses only
Every case is rhinoplasty or revision rhinoplasty.
Every kind of nose
Humps, bulbous tips, low bridges, short noses and revisions.
Revisions, too
Surgery after another clinic, including contracture, often rebuilt with rib cartilage.

Planned around your trip
Your stay, surgery and follow-up are scheduled around your flights.
The photo consultation is free. A deposit is only explained when you book surgery.
Before you fly, send 5 photos (front, 45-degree and side) on WhatsApp. The reply in English explains the likely scope of surgery and how the estimate is worked out. A deposit is only discussed once you decide to book surgery, so it is fine to just ask questions first.

Procedures
Korean rhinoplasty by concern and nose type
Rhinoplasty ranges from minimal-incision tip work to a full rhinoplasty that changes the bridge, tip and height together. Which one you need depends on your bone structure and what bothers you.
What is your nose type? Rhinoplasty plans by type
- TYPE 1
Hooked nose
Your concern
A bump or hook on the bridge
TIANA's approach
Hump reduction plus osteotomy for a smooth profile line.

Design Point
Bridge and tip, planned together
TIANA's rhinoplasty balances a smooth bridge line (implant) with tip projection (septal, own or donor cartilage). A hump can be reduced and a wide bony bridge narrowed with osteotomy for a sharper profile.
Lifting only the tip can look unnatural. So a bulbous tip is refined together with the nasolabial angle, the angle between the nose and upper lip. The goal is a nose that fits your face from the front and the side.
Why Korea / Why TIANA
Rhinoplasty in Korea or at home: which is better?
Many people look at Korea for rhinoplasty because nose surgery is common here, so surgeons see many different noses. The same procedure is also often easier to keep within budget.
TIANA is a Seoul clinic that only does noses. Dr. Choi Hang-seok sees you at the consultation, operates, and checks your progress photos after you fly home.

Price
How much does rhinoplasty cost in Korea? What sets the price
It is the question we hear most. The price depends on the scope of surgery and on your nose, so a fixed menu price would not be accurate. TIANA quotes for what your nose needs and explains your price range in the free photo consultation.
Three factors that set the cost
1) Scope (tip only, or a full rhinoplasty of bridge and tip), 2) your nose (cartilage available and skin thickness), and 3) whether it is a revision. Two bulbous tips can need very different surgery, and very different costs.
Why not choose on price alone
A plan that looks cheap can cost more if it leads to revision surgery. Think about safety, the result and revision support together.
Free estimate from your photos
Send 5 photos (front, 45-degree and side) on WhatsApp. The reply in English explains the likely scope of surgery and how the estimate is worked out, and the final fee is confirmed after examination in Seoul.

How to Choose
How to choose a rhinoplasty clinic in Korea
Ads and reviews rarely tell you enough. Before you book, check these four things.
Is it a nose specialist?
Ask how much of the clinic's surgery is on noses. At TIANA, all of it is.
Real, varied results
Look for unretouched front views, profiles and selfies, and for cases with a nose like yours.
Revision experience
A clinic that takes on contracture and other hard revisions can also help if your own result ever needs work.
Consultation in your language
Can you ask in your own language before flying and get a clear answer on the likely scope of surgery? Vague replies easily miss details and worries.

FAQ
Rhinoplasty in Korea: questions we often get
It depends on the scope of surgery and the condition of your nose, and differs between full and partial procedures. Send photos on WhatsApp and we will explain your personal price range (the final fee is confirmed after examination; results vary).
Swelling settles at a different pace for everyone, so TIANA does not give one fixed period. The surgeon guides you individually from your progress photos. Minimal-incision procedures tend to recover faster.
Plan on about 7 to 14 nights. Staying until the stitches and splint are removed makes the trip smoother. Please discuss your schedule with us in advance.
Yes. Message us in English on WhatsApp; send photos and the reply comes in English.
Start on WhatsApp in English with 5 photos of your nose (front, 45-degree and side); the free reply explains the likely scope of surgery and how the estimate is worked out. In Seoul, day 1 is the in-person consultation and surgery, the following days are check-ups, the splint and outer stitches come off on day 7 and the inner stitches on day 14, so plan about 7 to 14 nights.
Yes. We consult on difficult cases such as contracture and deformity. Please share your current condition on WhatsApp.
That is a natural worry. A specialist diagnoses your nose 1:1 and focuses on a natural nose that suits your face rather than a dramatic change. Revision support is in place as well.
It depends on your nose and how much stress the tissue can take. With safety first, the surgeon explains what is possible after examination.

Guides
Guides from our surgeon
Cost, recovery, revisions and more. Start with the question you have now.
- Korea Closed Rhinoplasty Cost? Reviews, Methods, RecoveryThere's no single Korea closed rhinoplasty cost. The scope, the material, your skin and cartilage, and whether it's a revision set the figure. A nose-only surgeon in Seoul explains how to get yours.
- Alar Reduction Korea: When Nostril Surgery Is EnoughAlar reduction in Korea narrows wide nostrils or flared nasal wings, but a nose that looks wide often has a wide tip or bony bridge too. A nose-only surgeon in Seoul explains how to tell which part is wide.
- Rhinoplasty Revision Cost Korea? Reviews, MethodsTIANA has no menu price for a revision. The cost is set by what your first surgery left behind: the implant, remaining cartilage, scar tissue and skin, plus how much has to be rebuilt.
- Rhinoplasty procedure steps in the operating roomThe rhinoplasty procedure steps run in six stages: a final design check, anesthesia, incision, cartilage harvest, shaping and closing with a splint. Knowing what happens in the operating room takes much of the fear out of surgery day.
- Rhinoplasty in Korea for Foreigners? Cost, Reviews, DaysPlan on about 7 to 14 nights in Seoul, never fewer than 7: the splint and outer stitches come off around day 7, the inner stitches around day 14, and you fly home with a referral letter and surgery certificate.
- Seoul Nose Tip After Rhinoplasty? Healing, Cost, ReviewsThe tip is the last part of the nose to settle. Around day 7 the splint and outer stitches come off, around day 14 the inner stitches, and the tip keeps refining for months, so plan 7 to 14 nights in Seoul.
